The way you look is eventually going to be dependent on how you train and feed yourself.
I’m not sure why are people so afraid to look good?
Maybe this is due to the widely misunderstood stereotype spread by social media where ripped and vascular body builders flex to be considered fit?
But that is how they want to look and that’s their goal, the fitness lifestyle is not all about being “ bulky” “ripped” and having abs.
It’s all about being active and having a good physical health, the way people want to look is a preference but if you are expecting lose fat and not gain any amount of muscle or start to look slightly toned and eventually see some definition because you lost fat then you are wrong and this is not for you.
Everyone has muscles and as you lose fat
You will see some, but you’re not going to look ugly, period.
